We are hiring for a Production Engineer job in Vasai Kaman with pick & drop + 2nd & 4th Sat off Faclility. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification BE - Mechanical or Production. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have basic experience in AutoCad, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Salary will be negotiable.
Job Description :
1. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
2. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
3. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
4. Production efficiency measuring & tracking systems.
5. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
6. Manage Production Flow - Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line. As manufacturers have limited storage space for raw materials, making sure there’s adequate supply without over-ordering or wasting resources.
7. Maintaining Inventory – observing trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules.
8. Keeping track of production volume and purchasing expectations helps material planners make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
9. Planning for orders from marketing - spare MPFS.
10. Coordinating with marketing team, design team, dispatch team, QA/QC Dept, Purchase & store dept.
